The topic I share today is how to build a growth team scientifically. This should have been the first step in the growth of the company, but I would like to share my experience with you from some of my own practical experience, hoping to bring you some gains.
I will share in three parts:
- The first part, based on a very small case in my growth work. Talks about a series of problems encountered in the growth process. Especially team or organizational problems;
the second part is based on problems. Thinking about some core concepts and methodologies in growth teams and growth work, and at the same time. It also learns and learns some companies’ growth team building cases. And summarizes and refers to each other’s experience;
the third part is based on the stage of enterprise development. Thinking about how we can scientifically build a growth team suitable for our company.
1. Talking about the “small twists and turns” encountered in the growth work from a small case
First of all, I would like to introduce a case to you.
